This 5-Ring Military Seat Belt Nylon Watch Strap Band is 280mm (10.02") in length excluding the buckle and has 13 holes. The adaptable wrist size ranges from 16.5cm (6.5") to 25.0cm (9.84"). The strap is made of 1.4mm thickness seat belt nylon and features stainless steel hardware in brushed silver. It also includes a pair of spring bars, a spring bar tool, and a user manual.

The buckle and rings are made of 304L stainless steel with excellent corrosion resistance, and there is no spring bar buckle.

Material Hardware Free Tools:

Select Size: Measure the inside dimensions of watch lugs in millimeters (mm). It is recommended to use the 20mm size if your watch has a 21mm lug size, and not use the free spring bars. The strap has a 1.2mm thickness nylon, and it is important to check that the distance between the watch case and spring bar is less than 1.4mm (0.055").

Wrist Sizing:

This strap fits a 5.3" to 8.7" wrist size. To remove your existing band, press the pointed pin tip of the spring bar tool into the hole, or place the forked end of the spring bar if there are no drilled lug holes and locate the ridged shoulder to compress the spring bar.

To install this strap, insert the long end of the watch band into the top lug of your watch and loop it through the bottom lug. If the long end is too long, loop it as shown.
